摘　　要：为促进医务人员高效、便捷的从海量电子资源中提取所需资源进行利用,同时满足读者与馆员之间实时互动的信息咨询服务需求,需要整合医院图书馆以及第三方可开放利用的所有电子资源,进行智慧图书馆平台的建设,才能适应医院高质量发展需要。本文以我院移动图书馆平台建设为例,阐述大数据背景下医院智慧图书馆平台构建的功能需求、技术实现及用户应用体验等,探讨满足医务人员多层次、个性化需求的图书馆平台建设问题。In order to promote the medical workers to extract and take use of the resources needed from the massive electronic resources efficiently and conveniently,as well as to meet the demand for real-time interactive information consultation services between readers and librarians,all resources available in hospital libraries and the reader services are integrated as a whole,and the smart library platform construction is carried out meet the requirements of high-quality hospital development.Taking the mobile library platform construction of our hospital as an example,this article explained the system function requirements and construction application of hospital smart library platform construction under the background of big data,aiming to probe the library platform construction to meet the multi-level and personalized demands of medical workers.
