摘 要:风电场出力过程计算是规划风电基地各电源容量配比的重要依据,也是电网合理调度和稳定运行的保证。通过风电场级出力影响因素的分析,在Meteodyn WT软件平台对风电出力估算结果的基础上,提出一种基于出力爬坡率的风电场出力过程计算方法,对风速变化较大时功率估算与实际运行存在差异的工况进行了修正。结果表明:与风电场实际输出功率相比,修正后出力估算结果的均方根误差较修正前降低了近5%。该方法可有效提高风电出力估算精度,对风电场的规划设计具有指导意义。The calculation of the power output of the wind farm is an important basis for planning the ratio of each power supply capacity of the wind power base,and it is also the guarantee for the reasonable dispatch and stable operation of the power grid.Through the analysis of the influencing factors of wind farm output,based on the estimation results of wind power output by Meteodyn WT platform,the revised calculation method for the power output is proposed based on the ramp-rate of the power output.The proposed method reduces the discrepancy between the estimated power output and the actual power output of the wind farm under the condition of the high variation of the wind speed.The results show that compared with the actual output power of the wind farm,the root mean square error of the revised output estimation result is reduced by nearly 5%compared with the general method,which can effectively improve the accuracy of wind power output estimation and has guiding significance for the planning and design of wind farm.
