摘  要:以紬丝和木棉纤维为原料,经开松、碱处理、打浆、湿法成网和热压等工艺制备不同混合比例下紬丝/木棉非织造材料(KSN),分别测试评价了其形态结构、弯曲性能、拉伸性能和透气性。结果表明:KSN中紬丝近似圆柱形,表面出现明显分丝帚化,木棉纤维呈扁平带状,纤维表面仅出现少量纤丝。随着木棉纤维比例的增加,KSN结构变得紧密,样品厚度、透气率减小,弯曲刚度、断裂强度显著提高。The noil silk/kapok nonwoven(KSN)with different ratios were made from noil silk and kapok fibers by opening,alkali treatment,beating,wet-laid webbing formation and hot pressing.The morphological structure,bending properties,tensile properties,and air permeability of noil silk/kapok nonwoven(KSN)were tested and evaluated respectively.The results showed that the noil silk in KSN was nearly cylindrical in shape with obvious fibrillation on the surface,while the kapok fibers were flattened with only a few fibrils on the surface.With the increasing proportion of kapok fibers,the structure of KSN became compact,the thickness and air permeability of the sample decreased,and the bending stiffness and tensile properties improved obviously.
