摘 要:为分析残余助剂对回用水染色效果的影响,模拟处理后染色废水回用染色试验,采用毛用活性染料Lanasol CE对羊毛进行染色,探索代表性表面活性剂、柔软剂残余对染色效果的影响。结果表明,Albegal B与平平加O的适量残余可提升染料的上染率、固色率以及改善织物色牢度;分散剂NNO的残余,使染料上染率、固色率及染品色牢度降低;柔软剂SRS的残余使染色织物的耐摩擦色牢度降低。采用Albegal B为匀染剂,模拟回用水中残留的表面活性剂与柔软剂对染色的不良影响得到一定程度的弱化,在残留量为100mg/L时所达到染色效果与新水染色基本一致。In order to analyze the effects of residual additives on the dyeing effect of recycled water, the dyeing experiment of dyeing waste water reuse after treatment was simulated. Wool was dyed with wool reactive dye Lanasol CE to explore the influence of representative surfactants and softener residues on the dyeing effects. The results showed that proper amount of residual Albegal B and peregal O could improve dye-uptake, fixation rate and color fastness of the fabric. The residue of dispersant NNO reduced dye uptake, fixation rate and color fastness;the residue of softener SRS reduced the rubbing fastness of dyed fabrics. Using Albegal B as leveling agent, the adverse effects of residual surfactants and softeners on dyeing were weakened to a certain extent in the simulated recycled water. When the residual amount was 100mg/L, the dyeing effect was basically the same as that of fresh water dyeing.
