摘  要:选用两类常用中温型活性染料染色残液对纯棉织物染色,探讨了补加硫酸钠、碳酸钠和染料对残液染色纯棉织物的K/S值和染液中染料利用率的影响。通过比较不同染料间染色织物K/S值和染料有效率的变化,含有一氯均三嗪和乙烯砜硫酸酯双活性基活性染料可用于残液回用浸染,确定了硫酸钠和碳酸钠补加量分别为首次染色使用量的60%和100%。由于残液染色可以进一步降低染色废液中的有机染料的浓度,虽然小幅提高了废液中有效碱剂的浓度,但是染色废液的COD值仍有明显降低,对于环境保护和发展低碳经济都具有十分重要的现实意义。The dyeing residues of two types of medium temperature reactive dyes were used to dye pure cotton fabrics to explore the effects of adding sodium sulfate,sodium carbonate and dyes on the K/S values of the dyed samples and the effective rate of reactive dyes in the staining solution.By comparing the K/S values of fabrics dyed by different dyes and effective rate changes of dyes,the reactive dyes containing monochlorotriazine and vinyl sulfone sulfate double reactive groups could be used for recycling dip dyeing in the dyeing residue,and the added amounts of sodium sulfate and sodium carbonate were 60%and 100%of first dye amount respectively.In addition,although the effective concentration of alkali slightly increased,the residue dyeing could further reduce the concentration of organic dyes in dyeing waster water and the COD value decreased obviously,which played an important role for environmental protection and the development of low-carbon economy.
