摘　　要：为提高蚕丝绵的脱胶效率,减少脱胶过程中产生资源浪费等现象,在FZ/T 40004-2009的基础上优化Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液脱胶工艺,研究脱胶时间、Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液浓度等对脱胶率的影响,并与FZ/T 40004-2009进行对比。试验结果表明:优化后的脱胶工艺具有良好的脱胶效果;在Na_(2)CO_(3)溶液浓度为3 g/L,脱胶时间t=60 min,脱胶温度T=98±2℃,浴比1∶100时,蚕丝绵脱胶率与FZ/T 40004-2009相近,说明该工艺适用于蚕丝绵的脱胶精炼。同时通过蚕丝绵的脱胶速率曲线,为蚕丝绵脱胶过程分析和企业制定脱胶工艺提供方案。In order to improve the degumming efficiency of silk floss and reduce the resources waste in the degumming process, the degumming process of Soduim Carbonate(Na_(2)CO_(3)) solution was optimized on the basis of FZ/T40004-2009. The effects of degumming time and Na_(2)CO_(3)solution concentrations on the degumming rate were studied. And the results were compared with FZ/T40004-2009. The results showed that the optimized degumming process had good degumming effect. The degumming rate of silk floss was similar to FZ/T40004-2009 when the concentration of Na_(2)CO_(3)solution was 3g/L, t=60min, T=98±2℃, and liquor ratio 1:100. The results showed that the process was suitable for degumming and refining of silk floss. Through the degumming rate curve of silk floss, it provided a scheme for analysis of the silk floss degumming process and the formulation of degumming process of enterprises.
