摘　　要：要实现资源的协调、可持续发展,作为循环再利用资源的重要组成—废旧纺织品的回收再利用,就需要重点关注与研究。废旧纺织品包括了废纺织品和旧纺织品。综述了废旧纺织品在国内和国外的发展现状,重点介绍了废旧纺织品再生技术和脱色剥色技术,并提出了废旧纺织品在回收以及再利用上的发展建议。In order to realize the coordinated and sustainable development of resources,the recycling of textile waste,as an important component of recycling resources,requires focus and research.Textile waste includes pre-consumer textile waste and post-consumer textile waste.The development of textile waste both at home and abroad was reviewed.The recycling technology,decolorization and stripping technology of textile waste were mainly introduced,and the suggestions on development of recycling of textile waste were put forward.
