摘  要:子宫内膜异位症(EMT)是临床常见疾病,发病机制尚不明确,氧化应激可能是EMT的发病机制之一。中医药抗氧化药物可多靶点、多途径发挥疗效,且安全有效副作用小,是西医靶向药的良好替代和补充。本文通过归纳分析中医药抗氧化治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床和基础实验研究发现中医药抗氧化疗法可以有效缩小病灶体积、抑制异位内膜的黏附、侵袭和血管新生,并且通过调节激素水平以及提高机体免疫力遏制EMT的疾病进展。同时还可明显改善EMT相关盆腔痛、不孕等临床伴随症状,有效延缓EMT恶化。因此中医药抗氧化疗法是一种既能抑制子宫内膜异位症病变进展,又能缓解子宫内膜异位症相关伴随症状的潜力疗法。Endometriosis(EMT)is a common clinical disease,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Oxidative stress is one of the possible pathogenesis of EMT.Chinese medicinal with antioxidant effect can play the role through multiple-targets and multiple-ways,which are safe and effective with less side effects,so they are good substitutes and supplements for targeted drugs of Western medicine.This study found that TCM antioxidant therapy could effectively reduce the lesion volume,inhibit the adhesion,invasion and angiogenesis of ectopic endometrium,and curb the disease progress of EMT by regulating hormone levels and improving immunity,after sorting out the clinical and basic experimental studies on the treatment of EMT with TCM antioxidant therapy.It was found that TCM antioxidant therapy can obviously improve the clinical accompanying symptoms including pelvic pain and infertility related to EMT,and effectively delay the deterioration of EMT.Therefore,TCM antioxidant therapy is a potential therapy that can not only inhibit the progress of EMT,but also alleviate the associated symptoms of EMT,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.
