摘 要:通过浇筑不同强度等级的全珊瑚混凝土试件,研究了全珊瑚混凝土在不同珊瑚骨料占比、水灰比和孔隙率下的力学性能。随着骨料占比、水灰比和孔隙率的减少,全珊瑚混凝土的立方体抗压强度明显增加;珊瑚骨料占比、水灰比和孔隙率与珊瑚混凝土抗压强度的线性拟合均较好,水灰比对抗压强度的影响较大;在抗折试验中,骨料占比的影响占优,水灰比次之,孔隙率最小。基于弹性模量试验结果,对现有公式修正,提出了全珊瑚混凝土弹性模量-抗压强度关系表达式,与试验结果吻合较好,为全珊瑚混凝土力学性能之间的换算提供一定的技术指导。The mechanical properties of all coral concrete with different proportion of coral aggregate,water-cement ratio and porosity are studied by pouring specimens of all coral concrete with different strength grades.The results show that the cube compressive strength of all coral concrete increases significantly with the reduction of aggregate proportion,water cement ratio and porosity.The linear fitting of coral aggregate proportion,water cement ratio and porosity with the compressive strength of coral concrete is good,in which the water cement ratio has a greater impact on the compressive strength;In the flexural test,the influence of aggregate proportion is dominant,followed by water cement ratio,and the porosity is the smallest.Based on the test results of elastic modulus,the existing formula is modified,and the expression of the relationship between elastic modulus and compressive strength of all coral concrete is proposed,which is in good agreement with the test results,and can provide some technical guidance for the conversion between the mechanical properties of all coral concrete.
