摘　　要：吉安市某建筑群五星级酒店及酒店式公寓建筑高度超过150 m,属于超高层建筑,采用现浇钢筋混凝土核心筒+钢管混凝土柱+钢梁的结构形式。通过介绍结构的选型方案及布置,结构的薄弱部位及性能目标,采用了盈建科YJK和midas Building软件进行了小震下弹性分析、大震下弹塑性分析,并采取相应的加强措施。分析和加强处理结果保证结构设计满足规范的抗震设防要求。The five-star hotels and serviced apartments in Ji’an building complex are over 150meters high.They are super high-rise buildings,which adopt the structural form of cast-in-situ reinforced concrete core tube and concrete filled steel tubular column and steel beam.This paper introduces the selection scheme and layout of the structure,the weak parts of the structure and performance objectives.YJK and midas Building software are used for elastic analysis under small earthquake and elasticplastic analysis under large earthquake,and corresponding strengthening measures are taken.Analyze and strengthen the treatment results to ensure that the structural design meets the seismic fortification requirements of the code.
