摘  要:济南市天桥区全民健身中心为复杂折面网架,采用与传统同步顶升不同的“后扶正”整体顶升法进行施工,其重难点在于顶升架上升的不同步性,因此为验证其可行性利用midas/Gen软件对网架二的拼装及扶正过程进行模拟,并与实测值进行对比。研究表明,生死单元法能较为准确地模拟复杂折面网架的拼装过程,在模拟扶正过程时,考虑顶升架水平刚度可以很好地改善网架内力且更符合实际情况,证明可以通过调整顶升架水平刚度来实现网架扶正,确保了施工安全,并为以后类似结构施工提供经验。With the gradual complexity of the grid structure,the analysis of the construction process of the structure has become extremely important.The main methods of construction analysis at present are the life-and-death element method and the step-by-step modeling method.The national fitness center in Ji’nan Tianqiao district is a complex folded surface grid.It used a "back-righting" overall lifting method that is different from the traditional synchronous lifting.It was feasible to use midas/Gen software to simulate the assembly and righting process of the grid frame 2 and compared it with the measured value.Studies have shown that the life-and-death element method can more accurately simulate the assembly process of complex folded surface grids.When simulating the righting process,considering the horizontal stiffness of the jacking frame can well improve the internal force of the grid and be more in line with the actual situation,which proves that it can be adjusted.The horizontal stiffness of the jacking frame is used to realize the centering of the grid frame,which ensures the safety of construction and provides experience for the construction of similar structures in the future.
