摘 要:某项目紧邻重要计算机楼建筑物,计算机楼距离基坑最近只有4.5 m,因计算机楼内部有高精密设备,建设单位对现有建筑在施工期间的沉降值要求严格。经研究,通过采用缜密的基坑支护设计、选用合理的施工工序以及信息化监测措施等,确保了基坑和计算机楼的安全,取得了令人满意的支护效果,可为类似工程提供借鉴。The foundation pit of a certain project is adjacent to an important computer building,with a nearest distance of only 4.5 m.There is high-precision equipment inside the computer building,so the construction party has strict requirements on the settlement value of the existing building during the construction.After carrying out researches,the safety of the foundation pit and the computer building has been ensured and satisfactory support effect has been achieved by adopting rigorous foundation pit support design and selecting reasonable construction procedures and information monitoring measures,etc.,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
