摘  要:采用低空接续拼装整体顶升施工技术,以标准可替换的支撑架体与顶升油缸组合,代替传统满堂红支撑架承担钢结构施工荷载,以起步架拼装为基础,边顶升接高支撑架体,边沿长轴对称向周边接续拼装,完成网架整体拼装顶升,有效控制结构变形,解决了曲面钢结构网架工程施工中网架安装需要投入资源较多、施工工期较长、易受不利天气影响、施工质量及安全管理难度高等难题,实际操作过程简便易行,安全可靠。The overall jacking construction technology of low-altitude continuous assembly is adopted, and the traditional full-house support frame is replaced by the combination of the standard replaceable support frame and jacking cylinder to bear the construction load of the steel structure.Based on the starting frame assembly, the support frame is lifted and spliced higher, at the same time,the continuous assembly is symmetrically carried out towards the periphery along the long axis, so as to complete the overall assembly and jacking of the grid frame and effectively control the structural deformation. In this method, problems in the construction of the curved steel structure grid frame such as more resource input, long construction period, easy to be affected by adverse weather, difficult construction quality and safety management can be solved, and the actual operation process is simple,safe and reliable.
