清水弧形墙模板数字化施工研究与应用

摘　　要：依据建立的BIM模型深化清水模板,是国内首个在施工现场引入数控机床,将编译好的NC程序导入机床进行清水模板和弧形方木的加工,在考虑方木和模板变形的基础上,通过弧形方木构造出弧线并完成模板拼缝处弧线的平滑过渡,形成清水弧形墙模板数字化施工解决方案,最终成功应用于厦门海峡收藏品交易中心–A2地块工程与北京工人体育场改造复建项目(一期)。In this paper,the fair-faced formwork is deepened based on the BIM model established,which is the first try to introduce CNC machines into the construction and import compiled NC programs into the machine to process the fair-faced formworks and curved square timbers.On the basis of considering the deformation of square timbers and formworks,a digital construction solution for the fair-faced curved wall formwork is formed by creating the arc using curved square timbers and completing the smooth transition of the arc at the formwork joints,which is finally successfully applied to the project of the xiamen strait collection trading center-A2 parcel and the Beijing workers stadium reconstruction project(Phase I).
