摘　　要：全球政治经济格局面临重塑,全球资本流向及资本市场发展生态深刻影响着全球城市地位及功能作用发挥。我国应立足全球证券交易所的核心功能,聚焦全球金融中心建设进程中证券交易所合并与联盟发展动向,着眼全球政治经济和科技创新发展新背景,抓住全球资本市场开放合作新机遇,拓展与新兴经济体证券交易所合作空间,利用数字技术赋能证券交易所,加快我国资本市场改革创新,增强我国全球资源配置功能。The global political and economic landscape is being reshaped,and the global capital flow and capital market development ecology profoundly affect the status and function of global cities.Based on the core functions of global stock exchanges,China should focus on the development trend of stock exchange mergers and alliances in the process of global financial center construction,focus on the new background of global political,economic and technological innovation development,seize new opportunities for global capital market opening and cooperation,expand cooperation space with stock exchanges of emerging economies,use digital technology to empower stock exchanges,accelerate China’s capital market reform and innovation,and enhance China’s global resource allocation function.
