摘  要:为了在极端天气灾害频发时,利用储能设备进行供电保护,增强电网韧性,以改进多目标粒子群算法为基础,建立了一种以网损费用、储能投资成本和韧性指标为优化目标的储能配置规划模型。在粒子群运行阶段,通过采用主仆模式,增加程序运行的准确性和快速性,使得电网在遇到极端自然灾害时,能保障重要负荷节点的供电,提升配电网的韧性,并通过Matlab软件在IEEE33节点拓扑中对该算法的有效性进行了验证。In order to use energy storage equipment for power supply protection and enhance the toughness of power grid when extreme weather disasters occur frequently,this paper establishes an energy storage configuration planning model based on improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm,which takes network loss cost,energy storage investment cost and toughness index as optimization objectives.In the particle swarm operation stage,the master-slave mode is adopted to increase the accuracy and speed of the program operation,so that the power supply of important load nodes can be guaranteed and the toughness of the distribution network can be improved in the event of extreme natural disasters.The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified in the IEEE33 node topology with Matlab software.
