摘 要:某220 kV变电站采用高阻抗变压器,在启动送电空载合闸时,励磁涌流引起主变压器其中的一套保护高压侧后备保护误动作,另一套保护未动作。分析误动原因是两套主变压器保护的闭锁判据不同,导致动作结果不一致。对影响励磁涌流的因素进行了理论分析,最终采取牺牲主变压器高压侧后备保护灵敏度以躲过励磁涌流的方法完成主变压器空载充电。对此分别从定值整定、基建建设、运行维护以及设计规划等方面提出了相关的防范措施建议。A 220 kV substation uses a high-impedance transformer.When the no-load closing of power transmission is started,the excitation inrush current causes backup protection misoperation at the high voltage side of one set of main transformer,and the other set of main transformer protection does not act.The reason is that the locking criteria of the two sets of main transformer protection is different,which leads to the inconsistency of the action.Through the theoretical analysis of the factors affecting the excitation inrush current,the method of sacrificing the backup protection sensitivity at the high voltage side of the main transformer to avoid the inrush current is finally adopted to complete the empty charging of the main transformer.Finally,in order to solve such problems,relevant preventive measures and suggestions are put forward from four aspects:relay protection value setting,capital construction,operation maintenance and design planning.
