摘 要:针对高压变压器使用变斜率比率差动保护,因斜率不固定,校核困难,而且故障前后数据量大,使用常规测试仪器难以进行故障数据验证的问题,通过对南瑞继保电气有限公司生产的985B变压器保护装置中的变压器变斜率比率差动保护原理进行分析,设计出一种利用Excel程序进行差动故障数据复核验证的方法。使用Excel程序设计的自动计算模块可完成变压器多侧电流的幅值、相位校正,差动电流和制动电流计算,并同时自动判别差动保护动作是否正常。该设计分别在YD-11、DY-1型变压器正常运行期间的差动保护采样数据以及一起变压器事故数据中进行验证,结果证明该方法适用于故障数据验证工作。In view of the variable slope ratio differential protection used in high-voltage transformer, it is difficult to check and calibrate because the slope is not fixed. At the same time, there is a large amount of data before and after the fault,and it is difficult to verify the fault data using conventional test instruments. This paper analyzes the principle of transformer variable slope ratio differential protection in 985B transformer protection device produced by NARI Jibao Electric Co.,Ltd., and designs a method to recheck and verify the differential fault data using Excel program. The automatic calculation module designed by Excel program is used to complete the phase and amplitude correction of multi-side current of transformer, the calculation of differential current and braking current, and automatically judge whether the differential protection action is normal. The design is verified in the sampling data of differential protection during the normal operation of YD-11 and DY-1 transformers and an accident data of a transformer respectively. It is determined that the method is suitable for the verification of fault data and provided reference for the verification of differential fault data of high-voltage transformers.
