达格列净治疗2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化患者的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨达格列净对2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化患者的治疗效果。方法:选择2021年6月-2022年3月在牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院治疗的80例2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化患者,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗,观察组采用达格列净治疗。比较两组踝肱指数、动脉硬化指数、双足震动感觉阈值、下肢动脉硬化治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组踝肱指数、动脉硬化指数均优于对照组,左震动感觉阈值和右震动感觉阈值均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:达格列净有效提高了2型糖尿病下肢动脉硬化患者的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of Dapagliflozin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis.Method:A total of 80 patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis with type 2 diabetes treated in Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical University from June 2021 to March 2022 were selected,the patients were divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases)by random number table.The control group was treated with Metformin,the observation group was treated with Dapagliflozin.The ankle brachial index,atherosclerosis index,foot vibration sensation threshold and lower limb arteriosclerosis treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the ankle brachial index and arteriosclerosis index of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the values of left and right vibration sensation threshold were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dapagliflozin can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of lower limb arteriosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes.
