摘 要:空间电荷累积容易引起交联聚乙烯绝缘内部电场畸变,从而导致绝缘老化甚至失效,而纳米掺杂或改性可以抑制空间电荷的累积,因此得到了广泛的关注。本文测量了二氧化硅和氧化镁纳米填料掺杂交联聚乙烯复合材料的空间电荷特性和电导特性,并结合带隙理论模型分析纳米填料的作用机制。结果表明:相比于二氧化硅掺杂的交联聚乙烯复合材料,氧化镁掺杂的交联聚乙烯复合材料具有较高的介电常数、较低的空间电荷积聚程度和较小的电导率。The accumulation of space charge is easy to cause the internal electric field distortion of cross-linked polyethylene insulation, resulting in insulation ageing and even failure. Nano-doping or modification can inhibit the accumulation of space charge, so it has received widespread attention. In this paper, the space charge properties and electrical conductivity properties of cross-linked polyethylene composite doped by silica and magnesium oxide nano filler were measured, and the action mechanism of nanofillers was analyzed combined with the theoretical band gap model. The results show that the MgO-doped cross-linked polyethylene composites have higher dielectric constant, lower space charge accumulation, and smaller electrical conductivity compared to silica-doped cross-linked polyethylene composites.
