碘海醇致全脑血管造影术后药物不良反应致死1例

摘　　要：通过病例报告提高对碘对比剂不良反应的认识及探讨诊治体会。回顾性分析1例因用碘海醇注射液行全脑血管造影术即数字减影血管造影(DSA)导致死亡案例的临床资料,并结合文献进行分析。患者经扩容、升压、抗炎抗过敏、胸外按压、呼吸机辅助呼吸等处理后,最终抢救无效死亡。在碘造影剂的使用过程中应熟悉其不良反应,无论在使用前、使用过程中还是使用后都应做好预防、观测、监护工作,及时应对不良反应的发生。This paper improves the understanding of adverse reaction of iodine contrast agent and explore the experience of diagnosis and treatment.The clinical data of a death case caused by digital subtraction angiography(DSA)with iohexol injection are analyzed retrospectively,and the literature is combined.The patient died after volume expansion,pressure increase,anti-inflammation and anti-allergy,chest compression,and ventilator assisted breathing.During the use of iodine contrast medium,we should be familiar with its adverse reactions.No matter before,during or after the use,we should do a good job in prevention,observation and monitoring,and deal with the adverse reactions in a timely manner.
