在面部烧伤整形中采用负压封闭引流技术治疗的效果

摘　　要：目的 观察在实施面部烧伤整形治疗的过程中负压封闭引流(VSD)技术的临床应用效果。方法 本次试验研究中所分析的84例患者随机选取于2018年11月至2019年11月,均为在我院接受面部烧伤整形患者,根据随机数表法将患者平均分为试验组与对照组,每组42例,其中试验组患者运用VSD技术实施治疗,对照组患者使用常规性手术方法治疗,对比分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 试验组患者治疗总有效率与对照组患者相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在对整形修复效果满意度的比较上,试验组患者相对于对照组患者来说明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者与对照组患者相比,其植皮存活率明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在创面愈合时间、住院时间和住院费用的比较上,试验组患者与对照组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在实施面部烧伤整形患者治疗的过程中运用VSD技术可以提高临床治疗的效果,保证了患者对整形修复效果的满意程度,提高了植皮存活率,且缩短了创面愈合时间、住院时间,减少了住院费用,可以将其作为面部烧伤整形患者的理想治疗方法。Objective To observe the clinical application effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) technology during the implementation of facial burn plastic surgery. Methods The 84 patients analyzed in this experimental study were randomly selected from November 2018 to November 2019.All patients received facial burn plastic surgery in our hospital. The patients were divided into experimental groups evenly according to the random number table method. Compared with the reference group, there were 42 patients in each group, of which the patients in the experimental group were treated with VSD technology, and the patients in the reference group were treated with conventional surgical methods. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the comparison of the satisfaction with the effect of plastic repair, the patients in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group, there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);compared with patients in the reference group, the survival rate of skin grafting in the experimental group is significantly higher, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);in wound healing time, hospital stay time compared with the cost of hospitalization, there was a significant difference between patients in the experimental group and patients in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of VSD technology in the treatment of patients with facial burns and plastic surgery can improve the clinical treatment effect,ensure the patient’s satisfaction with the effect of plastic repair, improve the survival rate of skin grafting, shorten the wound healing time, hospitalization time, and reduce the cost of hospitalization can be widely used as an ideal treatment method for patients with facial burns and plastic surgery.
