摘 要:目的观察蜂蜜黄芪炮制工艺改进前后临床疗效的变化,探讨炮制工艺的改进对补中益气功能的影响。方法将我院2019年1月至2022年1月确诊的120例肺气虚型哮喘患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。对照组与试验组分别采用中药复方蜜炙黄芪、中药处方蜜炙黄芪治疗;处方中,除蜜炙黄芪外,治疗方法、疗程、注意事项、剂量等药物相同。分别观察对照组和试验组的临床疗效。结果治疗后试验组总有效率比对照组高(93.33%vs.83.33%,P<0.05)。治疗后IL-2、IL-4、TNF-α均下降(P<0.05),且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、IgA和IgG均升高,而CD_(8)^(+)降低(P<0.05);试验组CD_(4)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)、Ig A和Ig G高于对照组,而CD_(8)^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC均较对照组指标更高(P<0.05)。结论与传统蜂蜜烧烤相比,改进后的新工艺既提高了药品质量,还提高了临床疗效。Objective To observe the changes of clinical efficacy of honey processed astragalus membranaceus on asthma of lung qi deficiency type before and after the improvement of processing technology, and to explore the influence of the improvement of processing technology on the function of tonifying middle and replenishing qi. Methods A total of 120 patients with asthma of lung qi deficiency type diagnosed in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 60 patients in each group. Under the same conditions, the control group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine prescription of honey baked astragalus,and the treatment group was treated with the traditional Chinese medicine prescription of honey baked astragalus;In the prescription, except for honey baked astragalus membranaceus, the treatment method, course of treatment, precautions, dosage and other drugs are the same. Observe the clinical efficacy of the control group and the treatment group respectively. Results In terms of total effective rate, the experimental group after treatment was significantly higher than the control group(93.33% vs. 83.33%), P<0.05. After treatment, IL-2, IL-4, TNF-α All decreased(P<0.05), the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, CD_(4)^(+), CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+), IgA and IgG in both groups were increased, while CD_(8)^(+)was decreased(P<0.05), the CD_(4)^(+), CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+), IgA and IgG in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, while CD_(8)^(+)was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, FVC, FEV_(1), FEV_(1)/FVC increased in both groups(P<0.05). The observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The improved new technology is scientific and reasonable, which not only avoids the shortcomings of traditional honey broiling, but also improves the quality of drugs and enhances the clinical effect.
