摘 要:福州渔政执法船艇日常停泊于福州市区闽江渔政执法专用码头,每次海上执法巡查,闽江下游航道是进出闽江口的必经之路。为了保障渔政执法船艇在该航道的航行安全,本文对闽江下游航道的天文、地文进行分析,同时结合在该航道航行的经历,提出渔政执法船艇在该航道不同航段航行时,应掌握的航行方法和注意事项,确保渔政的船艇执法巡查航行安全。The downstream channel of Minjiang River is located between Hujiang island in Minjiang Estuary and the South and North ports of Fuzhou. The navigation area from Minjiang Estuary to the upstream can be divided into four sections according to its direction.The width, water depth and flow velocity of each section of channel are different. The geological structure of underwater riverbed is mainly sandy bottom, and the channel changes greatly. Each section of channel has different navigation obstacles(reefs and bridges). Due to the complexity of the downstream channel of Minjiang River and the navigation and operation of various ships in the channel, fishery administration ships need to pay attention to the navigation safety of ships when sailing in the channel. Therefore, this paper will analyze the safe navigation of fishery administration ships in the channel of the navigation area.
