中医扶正祛邪针刺法联合水胶体敷料治疗瘫痪患者2期压疮的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医扶正祛邪针刺法联合水胶体敷料治疗瘫痪患者2期压疮临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月赣州市人民医院收治的瘫痪合并2期压疮患者90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为治疗组和对照组,各45例。对照组采用水胶体敷料治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予扶正祛邪针刺法治疗。比较两组临床疗效、压疮面积、创面愈合评分、治疗费用、感染症状消失时间、愈合时间。结果:治疗组的临床总有效率为97.78%,高于对照组的84.44%(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗第3、7、14、21天的压疮面积均小于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在治疗第3、7、14、21天压疮愈合评估表(PUSH)评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗费用、感染症状消失时间、愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医扶正祛邪针刺法联合水胶体敷料治疗瘫痪患者2期压疮临床效果显著,缩短创面愈合时间,降低患者治疗费用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture for strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine combined with hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of stage 2 pressure ulcers in paralyzed patients.Method:A total of 90 patients with paralysis and stage 2 pressure sore admitted to Ganzhou People’s Hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with hydrocolloid dressing,and the patients in the observation group were treated with acupuncture for strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,area of pressure sore,wound healing score,treatment cost,disappearance time of infection symptom and healing time of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.78%,which was higher than 84.44%of the control group(P<0.05).The area of pressure sore in the treatment group were smaller than those in the control group at the 3rd,7th,14th and 21st day of treatment(P<0.05).The pressure ulcer scale forhealing(PUSH)scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group at the 3rd,7th,14th and 21st day of treatment(P<0.05).The treatment cost,disappearance time and healing time of infection symptoms in treatment group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture for strengthening the body and removing pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine combined with hydrocolloid dressing in the treatment of stage 2 pressure sore in paralyzed patients is significant,shortens the wound healing time,and reduces the treatment cost of patients.
