金银花口服液治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的效果及对相关炎症因子水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究金银花口服液治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的临床效果,对炎症因子的改善情况及安全性。方法:选择2020年1月-2022年1月郑州大学第五附属医院收治的120例小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿,按治疗方法的不同将其分为研究组(n=67)和对照组(n=53)。对照组选择常规西药方式治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用金银花口服液治疗。比较两组临床效果、相关炎症因子[超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)]水平、临床症状消退时间及用药后不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组临床总有效率为91.04%,高于对照组的77.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6及IL-8水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组发热消退时间、咽痛消退时间、扁桃体红肿消退时间及脓性分泌物消退时间均早于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率为2.99%,低于对照组的16.98%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:金银花口服液联合西药相较于单独西药治疗小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎,其临床治疗效果显著,能有效改善临床症状及相关炎症因子水平,且安全性高。Objective:To study the clinical effect,improvement of inflammatory factors and safety of Honeysuckle Oral Liquid in the treatment of children with acute suppurative tonsillitis.Method:A total of 120children with acute suppurative tonsillitis admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into study group(n=67)and control group(n=53)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,the study group was treated with Honeysuckle Oral Liquid on the basis of control group.The clinical effect,the levels of related inflammatory factors[hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)],the time of clinical symptom resolution and the occurrence of adverse reactions after medication were compared between the two groups.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 91.04%,higher than 77.36%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of fever,pharyngeal pain,tonsil swelling and purulent secretion in the study group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.99%,lower than 16.98%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Western medicine alone in the treatment of acute suppurative tonsillitis in children,Honeysuckle Oral Liquid combined with Western medicine has remarkable clinical effect,can effectively improve clinical symptoms and the level of related inflammatory factors,and has high safety.
