鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术、唇龈沟进路鼻前庭囊肿切除术与低温等离子射频消融术治疗鼻前庭囊肿患者的效果对比观察

摘　　要：目的:对比分析鼻前庭囊肿揭盖术、唇龈沟进路鼻前庭囊肿切除术与低温等离子射频消融术治疗鼻前庭囊肿的效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2022年6月华南理工大学附属第六医院收治的90例鼻前庭囊肿患者,采用随机数字表法分为A组、B组、C组。A组给予鼻内镜揭盖术治疗,B组给予唇龈沟进路鼻前庭囊肿切除术治疗,C组给予低温等离子射频消融术治疗。比较三组手术指标、术后恢复指标、并发症发生率及复发率。结果:A组、C组手术时间及术中出血量均优于B组(P<0.05),但A组、C组以上指标对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组、C组切口愈合时间、住院时间均较B组短(P<0.05),但A组、C组切口愈合时间、住院时间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);A组、C组并发症发生率和复发率均显著低于B组(P<0.05),但A组、C组并发症发生率和复发率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:鼻前庭囊肿患者采用鼻内镜下揭盖术与低温等离子射频消融术治疗均是有效的,且效果相当,但是考虑到低温等离子射频消融仪成本更高,不利于基层医院推广,因此可将鼻内镜下揭盖术作为首选治疗方法。Objective:To compare and analyze the effects of nasal vestibular cyst uncovering,labial sulcus approach nasal vestibular cyst resection and temperature-controlled ablation radio-frequency coblation in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst.Method:A total of 90 patients with nasal vestibular cyst who were admitted to the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of South China University of Technology from January 2018 to June 2022 were selected and divided into group A,B and C by random number table method.group A was treated with nasal vestibular cyst uncovering,group B was treated with labial sulcus approach nasal vestibular cyst resection,and group C was treated with temperature-controlled ablation radio-frequency coblation.The operation indicators,postoperative recovery indicators,complication rates and recurrence rates were compared among the three groups.Result:The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the group A,C were better than those in the group B(P<0.05),but there were no statistical differences between the above indexes in group A and C(P>0.05).The incision healing time and hospitalization time in the group A,C were shorter than those in the group B(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences in incision healing time and hospitalization time between group A and C(P>0.05).The complication rates and recurrence rates in the group A,C were significantly lower than those in the group B(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between between group A and C(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nasal vestibular cyst uncovering and temperature-controlled ablation radio-frequency coblation in the treatment of nasal vestibular cyst are both effective and have similar effects.However,considering the higher cost of the cryogenic plasma ablation instrument,which is not conducive to the promotion in primary hospitals,nasal vestibular cyst uncovering can be taken as the preferred treatment.
