摘　　要：目的:观察医护技一体化快速康复管理模式在重症康复病房的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2022年6月赣南医学院第一附属医院收治的60例重症患者,按照随机数字表法将患者分成对照组(30例)、观察组(30例)。对照组采用常规管理模式干预,观察组采用医护技一体化快速康复管理模式干预。比较两组康复情况、患者满意度及住院时间。结果:管理前,两组神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、改良Barthel指数评分(MBI)比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);管理后,两组NIHSS评分均低于管理前,MBI评分均高于管理前,观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组,MBI评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理后患者对医生满意度、对护士满意度、对康复师满意度、对患者满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组管理后住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重症康复病房收治患者采用医护技一体化快速康复管理模式后,可以明显改善患者神经缺损,提高患者生活质量,缩短患者住院时间,提高患者满意度。Objective:To observe the application of the rapid rehabilitation management mode of medical technology integration in the Intensive Rehabilitation Care Unit.Method:A total of 60 critically ill patients who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January 2021 to June 2022were selected,they were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional management mode,and the observation group was treated with rapid rehabilitation management mode of medical technology integration.The recovery,patient satisfaction and length of stay were compared between the two groups.Result:Before management,there were no significant differences in neurological impairment scores(NIHSS)and modified Barthel index(MBI)scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after management,NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than those before management,and MBI scores of both groups were higher than those before management,NIHSS score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and MBI score of observation group was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of doctors,nurses,rehabilitators and patients after management of observation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of hospitalization of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the rapid rehabilitation management mode of medical technology integration for patients admitted to the Intensive Rehabilitation Care Unit,it can significantly improve the neurological deficit of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,shorten the hospitalization time of patients,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
