苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压患者的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探究苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压患者的临床疗效。方法96例高血压患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗。比较两组治疗前后血压水平、血清生化指标[血肌酐(Scr)、白蛋白(ALB)]水平及治疗后不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,两组收缩压、舒张压均低于本组治疗前,且观察组收缩压(132.21±7.13)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(78.94±5.47)mm Hg低于对照组的(142.82±8.85)、(90.62±7.55)mm Hg,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组Scr、ALB水平均优于本组治疗前,且观察组Scr(74.62±12.43)μmol/L低于对照组的(85.46±10.63)μmol/L,ALB(37.67±2.45)g/L高于对照组的(31.46±2.43)g/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组不良反应发生率8.33%低于对照组的22.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压患者的治疗中使用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的临床效果较好,可以有效平稳患者的血压水平,改善血清生化指标,且不良反应较少,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of levamlodipine besylate in the treatment of hypertensive patients.Methods A total of 96 patients with hypertension were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 48 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets.The levels of blood pressure,serum biochemical indexes[serum creatinine(Scr),albumin(ALB)],and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the systolic blood pressure(132.21±7.13)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure(78.94±5.47)mm Hg in the observation group were lower than(142.82±8.85)and(90.62±7.55)mm Hg in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Scr and ALB in both groups were better than those before treatment in this group;the Scr(74.62±12.43)μmol/L in the observation group was lower than(85.46±10.63)μmol/L in the control group;the ALB(37.67±2.45)g/L in the observation group was higher than(31.46±2.43)g/L in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 22.92%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine besylate has good clinical effect in the treatment of hypertensive patients,which can effectively stabilize the blood pressure level of patients and improve the serum biochemical indexes with fewer adverse reactions,and is worthy of promotion and application.
