摘  要:通过实验,选择合适的载体及指示剂,制备氟化氢检测管,结果表明,当使用60目~80目(0.178 mm~0.250 mm)陶瓷粉,0.1%的氯酚红乙醇溶液为指示剂,指示剂用量(μL)比陶瓷粉质量(g)比例为20时,通气量在300 mL,制备的检测管变色界面清晰,重复性好,氟化氢质量分数在10×10^(-6)~40×10^(-6)范围内,检测管变色长度与气体浓度拟合度较好。Through experiments,the appropriate carrier and indicator are selected to prepare the hydrogen fluoride detection tube.The results show that when 60~80 mesh plain ceramic powder and 0.1%chlorophenol red ethanol solution are used as the indicator,the indicator dosage(UL)is 20%higher than the mass(g)of ceramic powder,the ventilation is 300 mL,the color change interface of the prepared detection tube is clear,the repeatability is good,and the hydrogen fluoride concentration is in the range of 10×10^(-6)~40×10^(-6),The linear fitting between the discoloration length of the detection tube and the gas concentration is good.
