摘 要:丙烯酸是化工生产行业中主要生产原料,被广泛应用于丙烯酸各种脂类、高吸水性树脂、减水剂以及助洗剂等。而丙烯酸的生产主要是由原料丙烯经过两步氧化反应而生成的。本文简述了丙烯氧化生产丙烯醛,再由丙烯醛氧化生成目标产物丙烯酸的反应原理及反应条件。通过分析不同催化剂条件下,氧化反应中原料丙烯的消耗率与转化率、原料氧稀比、目标产物的收率与选择以及主要副产物收率等数据情况,来验证催化剂性能的优劣,并择优选择相应的催化剂,以期为相关研究提供参考。Acrylic acid is the main raw material in the chemical production industry,and is widely used in various kinds of acrylic acid lipids,super absorbent resins,water reducing agents and cleaning aids.The production of acrylic acid is mainly produced by the two-step oxidation reaction of propylene.In this paper,the reaction principle and reaction conditions of acrolein production from propylene oxidation and then acrolein oxidation to target product acrylic acid are briefly described.By analyzing the data of propylene consumption and conversion rate,oxygen ratio of raw materials,yield and selection of target products and yield of main by-products in the oxidation reaction under different catalyst conditions,the advantages and disadvantages of catalyst performance are verified,and the corresponding catalysts are selected to provide reference for relevant research.
