摘  要:目的:本试验通过优化振摇时间探索其对土壤有效硅含量测定的影响。方法:采用国家标准方法对土壤有效硅提取、测定,对振摇时间、温度、速度进行优化处理,通过测定质控样品研究不同振摇条件对土壤有效硅含量测定的影响。结果:当振摇温度为25℃、转速为180 r/min±20 r/min、振摇时间为7 min时,土壤有效硅的测定结果最为准确和可靠。结论:且最优条件也同时适用于pH=4.0的乙酸-乙酸钠和柠檬酸浸提法,该方法有望应用于土壤中其他有效成分的测定。Objective:To explore the effect of shaking time on the determination of soil available silicon content.Methods:the national standard method was used to extract and determine the soil available silicon,and the shaking time,temperature and speed were optimized.The effects of different shaking conditions on the determination of soil available silicon were studied by determining the quality control sample.Results:the experimental results show that the determination result of soil available silicon is the most accurate and reliable when the shaking temperature is 25℃±2℃,the rotating speed is 180 r/min±20 r/min and the shaking time is 7 min.Conclusion:the optimum conditions are also suitable for the extraction of acetic acid sodium acetate and citric acid with pH=4.0.This method is expected to be applied to the determination of other effective components in soil.
