红木家具涂饰用漆蜡铅的不确定度分析

摘　　要：红木家具在各类木家具产品中是使用耐久性最长、最具代表性的中国传统家具。采用GB 5009.12—2017《食品安全国家标准食品中铅的测定》,对红木家具涂饰用漆蜡的重金属含量检测过程进行试验研究,并依据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》分析各种不确定因素,量化和评定各不确定度分量。结果表明,涂饰用漆蜡铅含量0.4076 mg/kg±0.038 mg/kg,扩展不确定度的包含因子k=2,其置信概率P=95%。Among all kinds of wood furniture products,rosewood furniture is the most durable and most representative traditional Chinese furniture.The paint wax for furniture finishing heavy metals were tested by the method in GB 5009.12-2017"Test Method for National Food Safety-Determination of Lead in Food",the process of the detection was studied.All kinds of uncertainties were analyzed,which affected determination of plumbum content and evaluated the components of uncertainty according to the JJF 1059.1-2012"Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement".The results showed that the plumbum content was(0.4076±0.038)mg/kg,when expanded uncertainty coverage factor k=2,fiducially probability P=95%.
