摘　　要：隐裂问题是指太阳能电池组件在生产过程中出现的缺陷,是限制光伏企业发展的主要问题之一。经调查,在众多问题中,隐裂问题对太阳能电池组件性能与质量影响最大。在本文中,笔者首先阐述了太阳能电池组件生产流程,然后结合太阳能电池组件自动化生产线分析了隐裂出现原因及解决措施,最后结合工程实例对其具体应用效果进行了阐述。The crack problem refers to the defects of solar cell modules in the production process,which is one of the main problems restricting the development of photovoltaic enterprises.Through investigation,among many problems,the crack problem has the greatest impact on the performance and quality of solar cell modules.This paper first describes the production process of solar cell modules,and then analyzes the causes and solutions of hidden cracks in combination with the automatic production line of solar cell modules.Finally,the specific application effects are described with engineering examples.
