摘 要:采用铁炭微电解预处理技术,以南通宏信化工苯酐生产车间富马酸废水为研究对象,考察了废水pH、停留时间、铁炭质量比、铁屑用量、曝气量对COD_(Cr)去除率的影响。实验结果表明:当废水pH=3,曝气反应100 min,曝气量为10 L/min,铁炭质量比3∶1,铁屑用量为25 g/L时,成水的COD_(Cr)去除率最高,达到55.92%。Using the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis pretreatment technology,taking the fumaric acid wastewater from the phthalic anhydride production workshop of Nantong Hongxin Chemical Industry as the research object,the effects of wastewater pH,retention time,iron-carbon mass ratio,iron filings consumption,aeration amount on the COD_(Cr) removal rate were investigated.The experimental results show that when the pH of wastewater is 3,the aeration reaction is 100 min,the aeration rate is 10 L/min,the iron-carbon mass ratio is 3∶1,and the amount of iron filings is 25 g/L,the COD_(Cr) removal rate of water is the highest,reaching 55.92%.
