摘  要:磷含量的高低是评价水质优良的一项非常重要的测评指标。在水域中磷质量浓度超过0.2 mg/L就会使藻类生物大量繁殖,如果达到更高的含量使水域产生富氧化状态,就会产生浑浊,使湖水、海水、河水透明度降低,使其内部和周围的生态环境发生改变。因此,提高磷含量的检测精度,降低磷酸盐浓度检测误差,对环境保护及污水的排放处理具有非常重要的作用。本文通过对磷酸盐浓度标准曲线的绘制、式样预处理、消解过程中出现的误差进行分析,并提出相应的解决方案,提高了磷元素测定的工作效率和精确度。The level of phosphorus content is a very important indicator to evaluate the quality of water.If the phosphorus concentration in the water exceeds 0.2 mg/L,the algae will multiply in large numbers.If the phosphorus concentration reaches a higher level,the water will be rich in oxidation,which will produce turbidity,reduce the transparency of lake water,sea water and river water,and change the internal and surrounding ecological environment.Therefore,improving the detection accuracy of phosphorus content and reducing the detection error of phosphate concentration play a very important role in environmental protection and sewage treatment.This paper analyzes the errors in the process of drawing the phosphate concentration standard curve,sample pretreatment and digestion,and puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the efficiency and accuracy of phosphorus determination.
