摘  要:以线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯(EVA)为共混基体,偶氮二甲酰胺(ADC)为发泡剂,二氧化硅(SiO_(2))为增强填料,采用熔融共混法制备了LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)发泡复合材料。研究了SiO_(2)用量对LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)发泡复合材料的发泡行为、导热系数和力学性能的影响。结果表明:SiO_(2)的加入提高了LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)复合材料的结晶度,降低了其熔体流动速率;随着SiO_(2)用量的增加,LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)发泡复合材料的导热系数和吸水率均先降低后升高,而拉伸强度和撕裂强度均先升高后降低。当SiO_(2)质量份为10.0份时,LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)发泡复合材料的导热系数和吸水率均达到最小值,分别为0.052 W/(m·K)和1.45%,拉伸强度和撕裂强度均达到最大值,分别为3.06 MPa和11.37 N/mm,比LLDPE/EVA发泡复合材料分别提高了27.5%和38.5%。Linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) and ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA) were used as the matrix, azodicarbonamide(ADC) was used as foaming agent, silica(SiO_(2)) was used as the reinforcing filler. LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)foamed composite were prepared by melt blending method. The effects of the dosage of SiO_(2)on the foaming behavior, thermal conductivity and mechanical properties of LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)foamed composite were investigated. The results show that the addition of SiO_(2)improves the crystallinity of LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)foamed composite and reduces its melt flow rate. The thermal conductivity and water absorption of LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)foamed composite decrease at first and then increase with increase of SiO_(2)dosage, while the tensile strength and tear strength increase at first and then decrease. When the dosage of SiO_(2)is 10.0 phr, the thermal conductivity and water absorption of LLDPE/EVA/SiO_(2)foamed composite reach the minimum values of 0.052 W/(m·K) and 1.45%, respectively, the tensile strength and tear strength reach the maximum values of 3.06 MPa and 11.37 N/mm, respectively, which are increased by 27.5% and 38.5% respectively than those of LLDPE/EVA foamed composite.
