二元胺对超支化三嗪成炭剂合成及性能的影响

摘　　要：研究了5种二元胺对超支化三嗪成炭剂合成及性能的影响。结果表明:5种二元胺对超支化三嗪成炭剂合成的影响较小,但对其性能影响较大。哌嗪取代的成炭剂的热稳定性和成炭性能最好,而己二胺取代的成炭剂最差;哌嗪取代的成炭剂与聚磷酸铵(APP)对聚丙烯(PP)的协效阻燃作用最好,对火焰传播及火灾强度的抑制能力最强。Effect of five diamines on synthesis and properties of hyperbranched triazine charring agents was studied. The results show that five diamines have no obvious influence on synthesis of hyperbranched triazine charring agents, but a great influence on their properties. The thermal stability and charring property of piperazine-substituted charring agent are the best, but that of hexanediamine-substituted charring agent are the worst, and piperazine-substituted charring agent and ammonium polyphosphate(APP) have the best synergistic flame retardant effect on polypropylene(PP), and have the strongest inhibitory effect on flame propagation and fire intensity.
