摘 要:按照GB/T 3682.1—2018中的方法B测量了3种线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的熔体流动速率,使用Rabinowitsch-Mooney经验公式和周德慈方法对LLDPE剪切速率和剪切应力进行校准,建立了LLDPE零剪切黏度的测量方法。通过旋转流变仪对测量数据进行校准,并修正了周德慈方法的校准参数。通过Andrade方程和Vinogradov-Malkin方程建立了LLDPE零剪切黏度的温度谱和剪切黏度的剪切速率谱,并合成了假塑区的剪切黏度等高谱。According to the method B in GB/T 3682.1—2018, the melt flow rate of three kinds of linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE) were measured. The Rabinowitsch-Mooney empirical formula and Zhou Deci method were used to calibrate the shear rate and shear stress of LLDPE, and the measurement method of zero shear viscosity of LLDPE was established. The measurement data was calibrated by the rotating rheometer, and the calibration parameters of Zhou Deci method were revised. Through the Andrade equation and the Vinogradov-Malkin equation, the temperature spectrum of zero shear viscosity of LLDPE and shear rate spectrum of its shear viscosity were established, and shear viscosity contour spectrum of pseudoplastic zone was synthesized.
