摘  要:针对某汽车塑料支架结构复杂、脱模阻力大、难以顶出的问题,设计了一种顶针与推板复合顶出的二次顶出脱模机构。在模具的后模底板及面针板上分别设计了拉钩及移动块,通过拉钩的斜面触碰移动块的斜面,并利用弹簧控制顶针与推板顶出动作的先后顺序,实现了塑件的二次顶出,不但有效保证了塑件的质量,也达到了塑件自动化生产的目的。模具整体布局及结构设计合理,机构简单可靠,能有效降低模具生产成本,可为同类塑件的模具结构设计提供一定的参考。Aiming at the problems of complex structure, large demoulding resistance and difficult ejection of an automobile plastic part support, a double ejection demoulding mechanism with ejector pin and push plate combined ejection was designed. The pull hook and the moving block were designed on the rear mold bottom plate and the face pin plate of the mold respectively. The inclined surface of the pull hook touched the inclined surface of the moving block, and the spring was used to control the sequence of the ejector pin and the push plate, so as to realize the secondary ejection of the plastic parts, which not only effectively ensured the quality of the plastic parts, but also achieved the goal of automatic production of the plastic parts. The overall layout and structure design of the mold were reasonable, the mechanism was simple and reliable, and the production cost of the mold could be effectively reduced. It could provide a reference for the mold structure design of similar plastic parts.
