摘  要:目的 优选麝香化瘀醒脑颗粒的水提工艺。方法 以样品提取液中总蒽醌含量和干浸膏质量的综合评分为评价指标,以加水量、浸泡时间、煎煮时间、煎煮次数为考察因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法优选麝香化瘀醒脑颗粒的水提工艺。结果 优选的最佳水提工艺参数为加10倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,煎煮2次,每次1.0 h。结论 该水提工艺简便、可行,结果稳定,可用于麝香化瘀醒脑颗粒的提取。Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Shexiang Huayu Xingnao Granules.Methods The water extraction process of Shexiang Huayu Xingnao Granules was optimized by the L_(9)(3^(4)) orthogonal test with the comprehensive score of the total anthraquinone content in the sample extraction solution and the amount of the dry extract as the evaluation index,and with the water addition,soaking time,decocting time and decocting times as the investigation factors.Results The optimal water extraction process parameters were as follows:adding 10 times of water,soaking for 0.5 h,decocting twice,each time for 1.0 h.Conclusion The water extraction process is simple and feasible with stable results,which can be used for the extraction of Shexiang Huayu Xingnao Granules.
