五步推拿法联合中频治疗仪治疗假性腰椎滑脱临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察五步推拿法联合中频治疗仪治疗假性腰椎滑脱的效果。方法:70例采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组用常规腰椎牵引治疗,观察组用五步推拿法联合中频治疗仪治疗。结果:治疗后观察组ODI指数、VAS评分比对照组低(P<0.05),JOA评分比对照组高(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组腰痛、直腿抬高、下肢麻木症状评分比对照组低(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五步推拿法联合中频治疗仪治疗假性腰椎滑脱效果较好,且安全。Objective:To observe the effect of five-step massage combined with intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of pseudo-lumbar spondylolisthesis. Methods: Seventy cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 35 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional lumbar traction, while the observation group were treated with five-step massage combined with intermediate frequency therapy instrument. Results: After treatment, the ODI index and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the JOA score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of low back pain, straight leg elevation and lower limb numbness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Five-step massage combined with intermediate frequency therapeutic apparatus is effective and safe in the treatment of pseudo-lumbar spondylolisthesis.
