刺络拔罐配合加味双柏散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察刺络拔罐配合加味双柏散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:100例随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。观察组用刺络拔罐配合加味双柏散外敷治疗,对照组用口服洛索洛芬钠片治疗。结果:观察组总有效率96.0%,对照组总有效率84.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组VAS评分、中医症状分级量化标准评分及ESR、CRP水平均下降(P<0.01),且观察组下降更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血尿酸(BUA)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:刺络拔罐配合加味双柏散外敷治疗急性痛风性关节炎疗效优于单用西药,能明显改善临床症状和体征。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with modified Shuangbai Powder with external application in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis. Methods: A total of 100 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group were treated with blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with external application of modified Shuangbai Powder, while the control group were treated with oral loxoprofen sodium tablets. Results : The total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group and 84.0% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the VAS score, TCM symptom grading quantitative standard score, ESR and CRP levels in the two groups decreased(P<0.01),and the decrease in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in blood uric acid(BUA) level between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05). Conclusion: Blood-letting puncture and cupping combined with external application of modified Shuangbai Powder is superior to western medicine alone in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis, which could significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs.
