升督槐榆汤联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察升督槐榆汤联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮的效果。方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组各40例。两组均给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗,研究组加用升督槐榆汤治疗。结果:治疗后两组PF、RP、MH水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组更高(P<0.05)。研究组5-HT、β-EP、主症评分、中医证候总分、IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α、VAS、NRS水平较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:升督槐榆汤联合马应龙麝香痔疮膏治疗痔疮疗效较好。Objective:To observe the effect of Shengdu Huaiyu Decoction combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods: Eighty cases were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment, and the study group were treated with Shengdu Huaiyu Decoction in addition.Results : After treatment, the levels of PF, RP and MH in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was higher(P<0.05). The levels of 5-HT, β-EP, main symptom score, TCM syndrome score, IL-6, IL-1, TNF-α, VAS and NRS in the study group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion: Shengdu Huaiyu Decoction combined with Mayinglong Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment is effective in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
