Methods: Sixty-two cases were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method. Both groups were treated with acupuncture, and the observation group were treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The levels of D-dimer and EF-1 in the observation group were lower than those before treatment and those of the control group(P<0.05). The CGRP levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the Vm and Vs of ACA and MCA in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the indexes of cerebral blood perfusion in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo could improve the clinical efficacy without increasing adverse reactions.
