舒筋活络洗剂结合冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察舒筋活络洗剂结合冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎的疗效。方法:40例随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例。两组均给予冲击波治疗,治疗组加用舒筋活络洗剂治疗,疗程4周。结果:两组治疗后VAC评分、AOFAS评分、PFT均降低,治疗组VAC评分、PFT下降优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后AOFAS评分均改善,且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋活络洗剂结合冲击波治疗足底筋膜炎疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Shujin Huoluo Lotion combined with shock wave in the treatment of plantar fasciitis. Methods : Forty cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 20 cases in each group. Both groups were given shock wave therapy, and the treatment group were treated with Shujin Huoluo Lotion in addition. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Results: After treatment, the VAC score, AOFAS score and PFT of the two groups decreased, and the VAC score and PFT of the treatment group decreased better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The AOFAS scores of the two groups were improved after treatment, and the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Shujin Huoluo Lotion combined with shock wave is effective in the treatment of plantar fasciitis.
