生脉饮合冠心Ⅱ号方加减治疗冠心病心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察生脉饮合冠心Ⅱ号方加减治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:120例随机分为两组各60例。对照组用西药治疗,观察组用生脉饮合冠心Ⅱ号方加减治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间和硝酸甘油的使用量均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后观察组缺血发作次数、缺血总时间、缺血持续时间以及室性早搏次数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:生脉饮合冠心Ⅱ号方加减治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效较好。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Pulse-activating Decoction combined with modified Guanxin II Prescription in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: A total of 120 cases were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group were treated with western medicine, while the observation group were treated with Pulse-activating Decoction combined with modified Guanxin II Prescription. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the number of angina attacks and duration of angina pectoris and the amount of nitroglycerin used in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the number of ischemic episodes, total ischemic time, ischemic duration and ventricular premature beats in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Pulse-activating Decoction combined with modified Guanxin II Prescription has a good clinical effect on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
