滋肾汤辅治多发性硬化急性期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察滋肾汤治疗多发性硬化急性期的疗效。方法:48例分为两组,中药组25例用激素联合滋肾汤治疗,对照组23例用激素治疗。结果:中药组治疗后扩展残疾状态量表(EDSS)评分、临床症状评分、神经功能缺损评分、激素相关不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),中药组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:滋肾汤能改善临床症状,预防激素相关不良反应。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Nourishing Kidney Decoction in the treatment of acute multiple sclerosis. Methods: Forty-eight cases were divided into two groups. Twenty-five cases in the Chinese medicine group were treated with hormone combined with Nourishing Kidney Decoction, while 23 cases in the control group were treated with hormone. Results: The EDSS score, clinical symptom score, neurological deficit score and the incidence of hormone-related adverse reactions in the Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nourishing Kidney Decoction could improve clinical symptoms and prevent hormone-related adverse reactions.
