甲磺酸溴隐亭片联合中药汤剂治疗高泌乳素血症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察甲磺酸溴隐亭片联合中药及推拿治疗高泌乳素血症的疗效。方法:50例按随机数字表法分为常规组和实验组各25例。两组均用甲磺酸溴隐亭片口服,实验组加用中药及推拿治疗。结果:总有效率实验组高于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组E2、PRL指标高于对照组,LH、FSH指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:甲磺酸溴隐亭片联合中药及推拿治疗高泌乳素血症疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bromocriptine Mesylate Tablets combined with Chinese herbs and massage in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia. Methods: Fifty cases were randomly divided into routine group and experimental group, 25 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with Bromocriptine Mesylate Tablets orally, and the experimental group were treated with Chinese herbs and massage in addition. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment, the E2 and PRL indexes of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the LH and FSH indexes were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Bromocriptine Mesylate Tablets combined with Chinese herbs and massage are effective in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia.
