摘 要:用氩气雾化细粒径粉末(小于80μm)+过固溶温度热等静压(HIP)+热处理制备FGH4097粉末高温合金试验盘件,利用金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、低周疲劳试验机、万能试验机、Weibull分布拟合等研究了试验盘件在650℃的拉伸性能、低周疲劳性能及其影响因素。结果表明:盘件晶粒度符合正态分布,在7.7~8.4级之间波动,晶粒尺寸分布均匀;二次γ′相平均尺寸均值约375 nm;三次γ′相分布在二次γ′相间隙γ相中,尺寸在100 nm以内;28个试样在650℃/980 MPa试验条件下的低周疲劳失效循环周次(Nf)均值为203049周次,标准差为29043周次;抗拉强度均值为1343 MPa,标准差为24 MPa;屈服强度均值为1036 MPa,标准差为24 MPa,断后延伸率约30.4%;1.25%面积百分比热诱导孔洞(TIP)降低Nf至154752周次;小尺寸夹杂物(<80μm)面积、尺寸、位置对Nf影响不明显;Nf满足三参数Weibull分布方程;低周疲劳断口裂纹源主要由非金属夹杂物引发,裂纹扩展模式主要为穿晶断裂。With the increasing low cycle fatigue(LCF)lifetime requirements of the aeroengine disc,the particle size of the powder becomes smaller to reduce the size of the inclusion and the micro segregation.The agron atomized powder was widely used in the advanced powder metallurgy superalloy as its fine particle.To further develop the fatigue life and guarantee the service reliability,the influencing factors of LCF performance in superalloy powder prepared by agron atomized should be clarified.By testing the LCF lifetimes and analyzing the fracture morphology of the powder metallurgy superalloy FGH4097,the influencing factors(the size and distribution of the inclusion,the thermal induced porosity(TIP))of the fatigue lifetime were analyzed.FGH4097 compacts were prepared by argon atomized powders(the particle size was less than 80μm and the powder obtained by sieving after atomization)+super-solution temperature HIP((1200±10)℃,which was higher than γ′solid solution temperature)+heat treatment(solution treatment followed by three-stage aging).The high temperature tensile(650℃)and LCF performance at 650℃were studied by the fatigue testing machine and the universal testing machine.The stress range of stress-control LCF was 30~980 MPa and the lifetime results were collected from 28 test samples to reduce the impact of the fluctuations.The microstructures(grain size,γ′,carbide)were observed by optical microscope(OM)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The morphology of the inclusions were observed by OM and SEM in these 28samples fracture.The maximum size of the inclusions and the distance of the inclusion from the surface were counted.The three-parameter and two-parameter Weibull distribution was used to fit the lifetime.The results showed that the grain sizes of the compacts were uniform with a normal distribution between 7.7~8.4.The average grain size was 8.0.No coarse carbides and primary γ′were observed in the grain,and the size of observed precipitates was less than 1μm.Secondary γ′and ternary γ′pr
